Meet Kate Gill, Director of PBPK Consulting at Simcyp!

For the past 13 years, Kate has been an integral part of Simcyp’s journey, starting with the development of our cutting-edge PBPK software, encompassing both biologics and small molecule models. Today, Kate applies her extensive expertise to lead consultancy projects, guiding clients through complex regulatory interactions and ensuring successful outcomes.

As the lead for all large molecule projects, Kate specializes in PBPK applications including special populations and assessing drug-drug interactions (DDIs) for both small and large molecules, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) and cytokine-mediated interactions.
