Yin Edwards

Dr. Edwards joined Certara as Associate Director, Consulting Services in December 2019 with a background in clinical pharmacy and pharmacometrics specializing in the application of quantitative methods to develop dose-exposure, exposure-response models for various drug candidates and therapeutic areas.

Prior to joining Certara, Dr. Edwards was a Senior Scientist at ICON, responsible for leading pharmacometrics projects on population PK and PK/PD analyses for various pharmaceutical clients. She has a keen interest in oncology, immunology, and pediatric drug development.

Dr. Edwards received her Pharm.D. and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University. She undertook additional postdoctoral training in pediatric leukemia and quantitative pharmacology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
