Areas of expertise include Project Management Office, Processes and Systems Improvement, Global Clinical Operations, Global Project Management with Line Management of Project Managers, Global Resource Management, Metrics & Reporting, Proposal development and BID defense meetings along with Quality Management, and Global Company Strategy, ERM, Portfolio Management, Governance set-up and Strategic Development to Board Reporting.
