研修中には、仲間とともに2年間のカリキュラムを開始し、レギュラトリーライティングのプロジェクトを率いるうえで必要なスキルを学びつつ、医薬品開発の推進文書に触れる量を増やしていきます。サービス組織として、Certara Synchrogenixのプログラムでは、雇用1年目に当社のスポンサー企業との作業で必要となるスキル開発の機会を提供します。臨床、非臨床、および市販後調査の分野に機会があります。
理想的な候補者 (本プログラムに6か月ごとに雇用) には、規制文書の執筆作業を率いるための移行を加速させる、メンター主導のトレーニングプログラムへの参加の機会があります。
